Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive my order?
Instant downloads are sent instantly when your purchase has been completed to your email account. Your games should be downloaded within 48 hours of purchase. After that time the link will be deactivated. Thank you!

Note: Perkilou Products are downloadable game files that you print, then play. They are not sent through the mail, they are downloaded through the internet. Multiple requests to have a download link reactivated will result in a charge for reactivation fee. Please download your order promptly. Thank you!

Why haven't I received my games?
You should receive download information from Perkilou Products immediately after you complete your checkout. If not, look in your SPAM folder. Contact me at if you have problems receiving your order. Thank you!

Do you give refunds?

No. My products are instant downloads which means the minute you check out your order is delivered to your email account. Customers are encouraged to be sure they want an item before they pay for it. Thank you!

May I share the games I purchase with others?

No,  Perkilou Products games are copyrighted works. They are sold for individual, personal use, not for mass distribution. You may print as many copies of the games you need for your own personal use (i.e. SLPs who serve multiple schools).

How do I open my games?

On your download page, you should see the names of the games you ordered, right click on each link and choose "Save Target As...". Name the file and remember where you have saved it (i.e. My Documents, etc.).

The games are saved in PDF file format and can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. Some sets are sent in zip files (a bunch of PDF documents in one folder).

For Zip Files:

1. Save them by right clicking on the file name and clicking Save As... (or save target as...).
2. Find the file where you saved it (i.e. in the my documents folder).
3. Right click on the file and choose Open with and click Compressed (zipped) folders.

Printing Instructions

I suggest printing most of the games on card stock, then laminating. Print the board games and file folder games on regular paper then mount in file folders and laminate (print any playing cards that come with these games on card stock). I print the games with my printer set to print in "Normal" instead of "Draft".
